"Will never refer anyone to Doug at State farm! You sign up for a certain policy and then things randomly change. You do not get what you sign up for. Update, BARBRO, how dare you send this supercilious, dismissive, and outright clueless response after I cancelled my policy? If you wanted to communicate then you should’ve done it the countless times I reached out. Again, the package being cancelled wasn’t the issue, it was the lack of communication and disclosure. I pray you can understand this."

Customer Service Representative Brandon Boucher was wonderful to work with especially when I was having issues with the claims adjuster. He listened to my concerns and frustrations. When needed, he stepped right in, advocated for me, and got the job done! He was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process.
