"In response to “CRAIGE’s” review…we’ve been with State Farm (Doug Heinz) for 30+ years of home and auto with nary a claim, and our roadside assistance was just dropped because we were locked out of our car 4 times. Drop in the bucket compared to all those years of premiums. How does that work?"

"I've been with this company for longer than I can remember and I have zero complaints. The customer service is always the best and I am no easy client.
