"Will never refer anyone to Doug at State farm! You sign up for a certain policy and then things randomly change. You do not get what you sign up for. Update, BARBRO, how dare you send this supercilious, dismissive, and outright clueless response after I cancelled my policy? If you wanted to communicate then you should’ve done it the countless times I reached out. Again, the package being cancelled wasn’t the issue, it was the lack of communication and disclosure. I pray you can understand this."

"Terrible policy, only claims ever filed were for road side assistance and after paying $225 a month for the last few years, they won’t cover 2 tows.. sent a letter stating that the tow package was cancelled WITH the invoice for the tow.. cancelling my policy today.. updated this review with a picture of the most condescending email I’ve ever received from a company. Didn’t fight for our business, couldn’t communicate during the tow fiasco, but now chooses to send this poorly concocted email AFTER we decided to cancel our policy. Shame on you Barby"
