"Recently had my very first claim ever for my '16 Leaf. Filing the claim through the app was easy and stress-free! Chose City Auto in Grand Haven as they are a Select Service provider. The estimate took less than 5 minutes, and they had me in two days later. Received the car back one day early and couldn't be happier with the entire experience! Thanks for the thoughtful support in-office and I'm thankful for the quick and efficient service!"

Contacted Doug Heins office and worked with Brandon who was very helpful and pleasant to work with and also advised if I had problems along the way with my claim he would be more than happy to help.
